SATURDAY, APRIL-28th, 2018 ~ 10 AM – 5 PM

The Woodstock Lions Spring Festival Event will be held RAIN OR SHINE.

 

We invite you to participate in The Woodstock Lions Spring Festival.  Please read the following policies, complete the information sheet and sign the agreement. By signing you agree to the following regulations:

 

*A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE is required to reserve a space.

Make checks payable to Woodstock Lions Club. This fee includes one 10’ x 10’ booth space. Bring own Pop-up tent, table and chairs for your space.   The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until 5:00 p.m.  Booths will be located on the parking lot of His Hands Church located at - 550 Molly Ln, Woodstock, GA

  *SET-UP BEGINS at 8:00 a.m. and we would like everyone to be READY BY 9:30 a.m.   This is a half hour before the 10:00 a.m. start time because the public begins arriving at 10:00 a.m. When unloading vehicle, please quickly unload, move vehicle then return to set-up your booth.  (PLEASE DO NOT: unload, set up, then move vehicle). All vehicles must be out of His Hands Parking lot by 9:30 a.m.  Parking on First Come First served is located at His Hands Church and additional parking is at the Lowes and BJ’s parking lot. Please park there after dropping off your event supplies at the His Hands event location.

*SPACE ASSIGNMENTS will be completed approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis based on business categories.  If you have a special request for your booth, please list it on this form. We cannot guarantee, but will try our best to accommodate your any requests. 

*Only Pop-Up Tents are allowed and should not exceed 100 SQ Feet. No stakes are allowed on the parking lot.

*SOFT DRINKS/ BOTTLE WATER. Please do not bring drinks to be sold or given away. Water and Soft Drinks will be sold by Organizer.

*END TIME of the event is 5:00 p.m. Please have your booth broken down by 6:00 p.m. Do not begin breaking down prior to 5:00p.m.

*CLEAN-UP. ALL trash, papers or boxes must be placed in a dumpster. There will be Lions volunteers assisting.
